FOLEY, Ala. - Foley Police arrested two men for alleged drug trafficking and manufacturing of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, at a Foley residence Friday afternoon.
James Thomas Moody Sr., 63, of Lacedale, Miss., and Timothy Paul Henley, 47, of Foley, were arrested around 5:15 p.m. after officers were called to the residence, 612 W. Marigold Ave., for an argument, Lt. David White, Foley PD investigations commander, said. According to White, the officers saw drug paraphernalia in plain sight.
"The officers received consent to search the residence from the occupants. They found small labs capable of producing methamphetamine," White stated.
According to an incident report, narcotics were found Sunday evening at a storage facility at 709 N. Cedar St. According to White, police have not found a connection between the drug trafficking arrests and the found narcotics.
