Ty Taylor Morgan, 43, a native and long-time resident of Foley and a current resident of Summerdale, died Sunday, May 13, 2012.
Ty is a veteran Army Airborne Ranger. Among his many accomplishments, he was a three time Alabama Golden Glove Champion and Southeast Region Silver Glove Champion.
He is survived by his wife, Cecilia Morgan; sons, Ryan James Morgan, Branton Taylor Morgan; parents, Jim and Shari Morgan, all of Foley; mother, Mary McWharter Crowe and her husband Graham, Beaverdale, Penn.; brother, Troy Morgan, Daphne; sisters, Tonya Morgan Norsworthy and her husband “J,” Daphne, Marja Morgan Ward and her husband Chris, Elberta, Tierney Morgan Smith and her husband Jamie of Georgia; grandparents, Juanita t. Brooks, Foley, Harold and Margie Robinson, Fairhope; eight nieces and nephews; aunts, uncles, many other loving relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley, Wednesday, May 16, at 3 p.m. Interment will follow in Wynn Cemetery.
