Union 10 FC has claimed the title of Gulf Coast Conference champion for the first time in club history.

The team will advance to the regional championship, scheduled for Saturday, July 19, at Village Park, 8501 Well Road, at the south-west corner of Al Trione Park in Daphne.

The men’s first team clinched its inaugural title following a dominant League for Clubs (League FC) season. Union 10 FC secured the top spot in the GCC with a 1(4)–1(2) aggregate victory over Pensacola FC in the conference final, capping an impressive 11-1 campaign. The team finished the season without a single draw and recorded 10 straight wins. Leading the offensive charge was striker Josh Bynoe, who finished as the league’s second-highest scorer with nine goals.

In celebration of the victory and to energize the community ahead of Saturday’s match against FC Dallas U23, Union 10 FC invites all supporters to Village Park for the launch of the concert series, Music in the Park: Vol. 1. 

The event will take place on Friday, July 18, from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m., and will feature live performances by Red Gate Road and Matthew Morgan, a featured artist and club member. The evening will also include food trucks, a drinks station, concessions, and a live auction, all within a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.

“This is more than a championship — it’s the beginning of something special,” said Union 10 Director of Coaching Gerardo Flores. “The energy around the club right now is electric. We can’t wait to see our community pack the park on Friday night to celebrate and then come back even louder on Saturday to push this team toward something even greater. Let’s make Village Park the most exciting place to be this weekend.”

Music in the Park: Vol. 1 tickets are $15 for adults and free for kids under 18. All proceeds benefit future programs and events at Village Park and the continued growth of the local soccer scene.
