FOLEY, Ala. — Turkey tastes better when you share it with a family in need.

In the spirit of the season, United Way of Baldwin County's Young Leader's Society (YLS) is holding a Thanksgiving Dinner Giveaway on Saturday, Nov. 20, from 9 to 11 a.m., at Catholic Social Services in Robertsdale.

The event is the group's first volunteer opportunity for young adults ages 21 to 40 hoping to make a difference in their community.

YLS needs 20 to 25 young volunteers to help pack and distribute Thanksgiving dinner boxes.

To volunteer for the event contact Daniel Galbraith at daniel.galbraith@iberiabank.com or call the United Way office at 251-943-2110.

Individuals wishing to make food or monetary donations to the event may drop them off c/o YLS at Iberia Bank, 22530 U.S. Hwy. 98 in Fairhope, or at the United Way office, 700 N. McKenzie St. in Foley.
