Vera May Noltensmeier Munson, age 89, a native of Detroit, Mich. and a resident of Elberta, passed away Saturday, Jan. 10, 2016.
Mrs. Munson was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church of Elberta and the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Munson; son, Kevin Munson; and brother, Harold C. Noltensmeier.
Surviors include her son, Terry Munson and his wife Louise of Lillian, Ala.; four grandchildren, Amanda Munson, Allison Munson, Billy Jo Albritton and Bobie Albritton; three great-grandchildren, Ethan Everett, Courtnie Danielle and Evelyn Hope; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2016, at 11 a.m., from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until time of service.
Interment will be in Elberta Public Cemetery.
