BAY MINETTE, Alabama — The North Baldwin Chamber of Commerce and the city of Bay Minette is sponsoring the Veteran’s Day Parade on Monday.

Here is a list of instructions and information regarding the parade and events to follow:

Parade lineup will begin at 9:45 a.m. at the Bay Minette Intermediates School with the parade beginning at 10:15 a.m. 

Everyone will be issued a number and participants will line up accordingly. 

Horse groups are required to have a grab bag for their horses.

All floats require four walkers, one on each corner. All vehicles require two wwalkers, one on each side. Walkers are required to keep the crowd back for safety reasons.

The parade route is approximately 0.75 miles long. Since the end of the parade will be at the Eternal Flame at the Courthouse in order for the Veteran’s  Day ceremonies to take place, the float and vehicle walkers may ride the reminder of the way back to the school.
