born in Perdido and a resident of Bay Minette, died Tuesday, Dec.

13, 2011 at Mobile Infirmary Medical

Center.

"font-family:">He was a pipe fabricator (retired)

with Pipefitters Local No. 211, Houston, Texas where he was a

member for 40 years.

"font-family:">He was a veteran of the Korean War,

having served with the U.S. Navy, a member of Perdido Masonic Lodge

No. 752 F.& A.M. and a 

member of Deer Park Masonic Lodge No. 1362 F.&

A.M.

"font-family:">He is survived by two sons, Victor E.

(Heidi) White Jr. and Bobby (Amanda) White, both of Deer Park,

Texas; daughter, Donna (Robert) Henson of Deer Park, Texas;

brother, David White of Kewadin, Mich.; three sisters, Mary Louise

Smith of Gulf Breeze, FL, Pauline Smith of White House Fork and

Shirley (Mason) Bryars of Perdido; and eight

grandchildren.

"font-family:">He was preceded in death by his

parents, Crockett D. and Laura (Fretwell) White; brothers, Nolan

White, Nathan White, Willie White, Herman White, Hamp White and

Frank White; and sisters, Amelia Huggins and Inez

White.

"font-family:">The funeral service will be held

Friday, Dec. 16, 2011, at 11 a.m., at the chapel of Norris Funeral

Home with Sister Thursia Long officiating. Burial will follow at

Bryars-McGill Cemetery, Perdido.

Thursday, Dec. 15, 2011, from 6 until 8 p.m., at Norris Funeral

Home.

"font-family:">Pallbearers will be David White,

Caleb White, Evan White, Patrick Bryars, Tony Smith and Herman

Plato. Honorary pallbearers will be Steve Worrell, Richman Hadley,

Murray Hadley, Mark Hadley, J.T. Mosley, Syluce Hadley, Gary Hall,

Claude Templeton and Tom Foster.
