FOLEY — In anticipation of the upcoming Earth Day, Graham Creek Nature Preserve in Foley held its second annual Earth Day Extravaganza on Saturday. The free event included such hands-on activities as building birdhouses with Home Depot and planting foliage on the property, as well as demonstrations from Weeks Bay Reserve, Boy Scout Troop 77 and Foley Police and Fire departments, as well as concessions with proceeds benefiting schools in the Foley feeder pattern.
