Violet “ Pat” Tinney, 91, passed away Monday, Oct. 27, 2014.
Violet was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Lee Tinney.
She is survived by her sister, Marie Dufour of Minnesota; children, Sandra Tinney Hughes, Patricia Tinney Hinkle, Gary A. Tinney, Donna Tinney Goodrich and Kimberly Tinney Green; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She attended Our Lady of the Gulf Church.
During WWII, she served in the U.S. Navy, where she met and married her husband, Lee.
No funeral service is planned.
In lieu of flowers, a gift to Catholic Social Services is suggested.
