Darrell Douglas Wallace, 39, of Elberta, died Monday, Oct. 13, 2008.
He was an avid hunter and shrimper, and loved spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife, Mary “Cory” Wallace of Elberta; his parents, Douglas and Jean Wallace of Gulf Shores; two sons, Nicholas Fiala of Foley and Codie McVey of Elberta; three daughters, Nicole Taylor, Courtney Taylkor and Christina Taylor, all of Elberta; two sisters, Christine Wallce and Deborah Sullivan, both of Gulf Shores; and a brother, George Wallace of Lillian.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 16 at Lagoon Baptist Church, Fort Morgan Road, Gulf Shores. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 17 at the church.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Lagoon Bptist Church, c/o the Wallace Cemetery Fund, 17867 Highway 180, Gulf Shores, AL 36542.
