Kimberly Lynn Ward, 47, a native of Rome, Ga.., and a resident of Opelika, died Monday, Jan. 7, 2008 at a local health care facility in Daphne.
She was a graduate of Opelika High School and Southern Union College, and also attended Auburn University. She was a registered nurse.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Marjorie Ward and a brother, David Ward.
Survivors include her parents, Carlos and Kathryn Ward of Fairhope; two brothers, Michael Mann of Daphne and Tommy Mann of Gaylesville; two sisters, Mary Grubb of Brazelton, Ga., and Theresa Ingle of Rome, Ga.; nieces and nephews.
Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope, with funeral services at 3 p.m. from the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Brook-Cedron Cemetery.
