Jimmy Rosco Watkins, 64, a native of Robertsdale and a resident of Seminole died, Thursday, Feb. 14, 2008.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and served in the Vietnam War.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Watkins, mother, Elsie Watkins, two brothers, Robert Earl and Willard Watkins; two nieces; and one nephew.
Survivors include his wife, Sylvia Touart Watkins of Seminole; sons, Jimmie R. Watkins of Bethel, Miss., Phillip (Victory) Gammon of Pensacola, Fla. and Jimmy (Karen) Kimmons of Apalachicola, Fla.; daughter, Kimberly (Wil) Rodriguez of Atlanta; sisters, Wilma Thompson of Robertsdale and Virginia Bloodsworth of Tallahassee, Fla.; mother-in-law, Jane Watkins; best friend, Daisy Mae; six grandchildren; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A memorial visitation will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, Feb. 18 at Mack Funeral Home.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 19059 Greeno Road, Suite A, Fairhope, AL 36532.
