Wayne A. “Dick” Middleton, 72, a native and lifelong resident of Loxley, died February 21, 2012. Mr. Middleton was preceded in death by his son, Ronnie Middleton. He was survived by his wife, Ruby L. Middleton of Loxley; daughter, Rhonda Simmons of Loxley; three sons, John Middleton of Spanish Fort, Allan Middleton of Wilmington, N.C., and Mitchell Middleton of Loxley; three sisters, Mary “Cooter” Cooper of Robertsdale, Sybil Lindell of Loxley, and Linda Canaan of Loxley; brother, Gaither Middleton of Loxley; 11 grandchildren. Funeral services will be Saturday, Feb. 25, at 2 p.m. at Mack Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bo Rice officiating. Interment will be in the Hail Memorial Cemetery in Robertsdale. A visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 1 p.m.to 2 p.m. at Mack Funeral Home.
