FAIRHOPE, Ala. - From the party the night before to the two days of racing down to Dauphin Island and back, the bay was filled with sails over the weekend. The 50th Dauphin Island Race, hosted this year by Fairhope Yacht Club, registered 231 boats, the most to race since hurricanes destroyed the local fleets.
