Wendy C. Mills, 45, a native of Baldwin County and resident of Orange Beach, passed away Sunday, Dec. 28, 2014.
She was an artistic interior designer, a gifted painter and had a passion for cooking — many times uniting the family through her gourmet gifts of food.
Mrs. Mills was a giving and kindhearted person who helped others, but most all she loved her family. She was a great parent and mother to her children. They were her world.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Bauer.
She is survived by husband, Michael C. Mills of Orange Beach; two daughters, Chaney Greenwood and Blaine Greenwood, both of Arlington, Texas; three sons, Daniel Saensirisouk of Wheaton, Md., Kevin (Jessica) Kutz of Greensboro, N.C. and Avin Mills of Orange Beach; father, Jim Bauer of Gulf Shores; and two brothers, Aaron Bauer of Summerdale and Dan Bauer of Foley.,
A service will be held Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2014, at 11 a.m., at the home of Jim Bauer, 18420 State Hwy. 180 in Gulf Shores, with the Rev. Glenn Butler officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gulf Shores United Methodist Church, the American Red Cross, or favorite charity.
