Q: What is the Fairhope Film Festival (FFF)?
A: The Fairhope Film Festival, Nov. 12 – 15, is a film lover’s film festival, offering patrons award winning films in a unique, picturesque location over a four-day period. Notable foreign and feature films, documentaries and shorts — many that never made it to the big box theaters or were only there briefly — will be selected for appreciative audiences. Directors, actors and screenwriters will participate in the screenings both in person and via live electronic transmission.
Q: Can a festival pass be used for entry to the events?
A: No, you must buy tickets for each event separately. Tickets are available for the Opening Night Party and the Saturday Red Carpet Party.
Q: When do online ticket sales end?
A: Nov. 11 at 8 p.m.
Q: Where can I buy individual tickets for films?
A: Individual limited tickets will be for sale at each film venue prior to film screenings but purchasers are last to enter film venue and only if seats are still available after 4-packs or 8-pack buyers enter.
Q: How much do individual film tickets cost?
A: Individual film ticket will be sold for $15, however, 4-pack Film Ticket Passes are $40, and 8-pack Film Ticket Passes are $75.
Q: Does my festival pass or individual ticket guarantee me a seat for the film I want to see?
A: No. The passes and individual tickets can be used to see any film as long as there are seats available, but there is no reserved seating for anyone, and no ticket is specific to any one film. The best way to make sure you will get to see a particular film is to pick up your passes and tickets in advance at the Box Office, and show up early before the film start time.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TICKETS:
Four- and eight-packs are sold online at FairhopeFilmFestival.org, until Wednesday when they will be sold at our Box Office. Four- and eight-packs allow you to see any film with them—if you are in line early enough to get in. Individual tickets will be sold at the door after the sponsors, four- and eight-packs are seated. No individual tickets are sold online or at the box office.
Q: When should I show up to see a film?
A: We encourage you to be in line for your film at least 25 minutes before the published start time. All-Access Pass holders (FFF sponsors) are allowed into venues 20 minutes before the start of each film. Eight-Pack Pass holders will be allowed into the venues 15 minutes before the start of each film, then 4-Packs. Same-Day Purchase Ticket holders will be allowed into venues 10 minutes before the start of each film.
Q: Are there any refunds for unused tickets or passes?
A: No, there will be no refunds or exchanges for any unused tickets or passes for the festival and events.

A: The Box Office is located inside the Fairhope Welcome Center at 20 North Section St., Fairhope.

A: Yes, at film goers requests, 2015 film passes may be used for two individual admissions at film screenings.
