Howard Dewayne Whatley, 40, a native of Bay Minette, and a resident of Stockton, died Sunday, March 2, 2008 at his sister’s residence in Stockton.
He was a restaurant manager.
Survivors include a son, Teddy Dewayne Whatley of White House Fork; his mother, Ann Mixon of Bay Minette; his father, Howard Lee Whatley of Pine Grove; two brothers, Jason Capps of Bay Minette and Steven Whatley of Pine Grove; three sisters, Tammy Hicks, Bay Minette, Andrea Middleton of Bay Minette and Caitlin Whatley of Huntsville; grandmother, Nora Whatley of Bay Minette; companion, Billy Parnell Jr. of Bay Minette; ex-wife, Patricia McConnell of White House Fork; and faithful friend, Bama.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 5 at Fretwell Tabernacle with Helen Stewart officiating. Burial was in White Cemetery in Dyas.
Arrangements were made by Norris Funeral Home, Bay Minette.
