DAPHNE, Ala.— In physical education, Coach Elizabeth Jennings and Coach Youndora Knight’s students are working on their goals for the United States run.

In the lead with the most destination and miles achieved are Mrs. Erin Payne and Mrs. Elaine Herring’s fifth-grade classes. Their students have walked, jogged and run 629 miles. Their destination is Washington, D. C.

Fourth and fifth grade will soon start working on their jump rope skills.

All grades are working on their basketball skills such as dribbling, shooting, passing, throwing and flinging.

Our band will be in concert 7 p.m. on Dec. 9. Come hear them at Trojan Hall by Daphne High School.

Our PTO meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Dec. 16.

Make sure you have it on your calendar!
