William August Doege Sr., 86, a native of Detroit, Mich. and a resident of Elberta, passed away on Friday, June 21, 2013.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Doege of Elberta; four sons, Danny Doege of Pensacola, William Luke Doege of Leeds, Ala., Gary Ray Doege of Foley and William Doege Jr. of Elberta; three daughters, Cheryl Lowery of Pensacola, Marlean Rice of Jacksonville, Fla. and Evelyn Davis of Pensacola; one brother, Edward Doege of Wayne, Mich.; 13 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life service will be held on Monday, June 24, 2013, at 6 p.m., at the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley.
