William Carl Daniels, 84, a native of Knoxville, Tenn. and resident of Foley, died Monday, Jan. 20, 2014.
Mr. Daniels was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita Daniels; and brothers, Orville Daniels, Earl Daniels and Mack “Bud” Dodd.
He is survived by his wife, Rena Daniels; children, Lynn Johnson of Foley, Steven Carl Daniels of Summerdale, Shelagh Dunckley of Stapleton and Staci Presley of Elberta; stepchildren, E.J. Camp of Cleveland, Ohio, Laura Tillea of Virginia, Lisa Camp of Foley, Jimmy Camp of Spanish Fort, Jenny Gipson of Foley and Carol Beebout of Foley; sister-in-law, Virginia Dodd of Foley; 21 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held 10 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 23, 2014 at the chapel of Pine Rest Funeral Home in Foley. The visitation will be from 9 a.m. until time of service.
Interment will follow in Pine Rest Memorial Park.
