William Joseph "Joe" Stuckey, age 88, a native of Castleberry, Alabama and a resident of Spanish Fort, Alabama, passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at his residence.
Mr. Stuckey was an 11-year veteran of the U.S. Marines, a member of First Baptist Church Spanish Fort, a Mason and a member of Hadji Temple, Pensacola, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his wives, Arlene Stuckey, Jane Stuckey and Mary Stuckey.
Survivors include two sons, Heath (Alisa) Stuckey of Pensacola, Florida and Gary Stuckey of Minnesota; fiancée, Nina Peterson; four grandchildren, Brian (Rebecca) Stuckey, Lisa (Jeremy) Hansman, Cade Bowman and Chance Bowman; two great-grandchildren, Maxwell and Jacob Stuckey; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at 10 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Spanish Fort.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until time of the service.
Interment will be held Thursday, July 12, 2018 at 11 a.m. in Barrancas National Cemetery, Pensacola, Florida.
In lieu of flowers, Joe's family requests memorial donations be made in Joe's name to the First Baptist Church of Spanish Fort's parking lot fund.
