The Rev. James Bresnehan Williams, 80, died Sunday, July 27, 2008 in Spanish Fort.
He was a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. He was a retired Episcopal priest. He served as a hospital and hospice chaplain for 37 years in Bartlesville, Okla.
He was preceded in death by two sons, James Michael and John Mark Williams.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Lou Williams of Spanish Fort; two daughters, Catherine Hiesiger of Santa Fe, N.M., Daphne Williams of San Mateo, Calif.; three grandchildren, Aaron Williams of San Mateo, Calif., Patrick and Ashley Williams both of Lancaster, Pa.
Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. with a memorial service at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 31 at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Daphne. A private interment will be held at a later date in Bartlesville, Okla.
Arrangements are by Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., Daphne.
