Mr. and Mrs. George Gregory Williams announce the engagement of their daughter, Lacy Jeanette Williams, to Daniel Lee Lavender, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Henry Lavender of Aliceville.
The bride-elect is a graduate of UMS-Wright and at 2008 graduate of Auburn University with a B.S. in business finance.
She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Franklin Williams and the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Rodney Camp.
The prospective bridegroom is a graduate of Pickens Academy and at 2007 graduate of Auburn University with a B.S. in building science and construction.
He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Wright Jr. of Aliceville and Vetta A. Lavender of Tuscaloosa.
The couple will exchange vows at 6:30 p.m. July 26, 2008 at Trinity Presbyterian Church.
