"font-family:">Wilodean Brown, 87, a resident of Chapman, Ala., died on Friday, Nov. 18, 2011 after an extended illness.
"font-family:">Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her parents, Jess and Mary Mae Brown; and a sister, Virginia Powell.
"font-family:">Mrs. Brown is survived by her husband, Melvin “Whack” Brown of Chapman; daughter, Diane Brown Kimbrough of Troy; son, Melvin “Mel” Brown Jr. of Foley; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
"font-family:">Funeral Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 21, 2011 from East Chapman Baptist Church, Chapman, with Cecil Brown officiating. Visitation will be at the church from 11:00 a.m. until funeral time.
