Lois M. Paul Wilson, 77, a native of Latham and a resident of Bay Minette for the past 54 years, died Monday, May 10, 2010 at her home in Bay Minette.
She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Ella D. Chambers #36 in Bay Minette, and a member of the Southside Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Don Wilson of Bay Minette; four daughters, Carolyn (Brownie) Brown of Pine Grove, Kay (Charles) Hicks of Robertsdale, Renee (Bubba) Plato and Gwen (Andy) Ward, both of Pine Grove; 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; and a sister, Irene (Ed) Salas of Stockton.
Visitation was held Tuesday, May 11 at Southside Baptist Church. Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 12 at the church with the Rev. Dr. Larry Patterson officiating. Burial followed at Bay Minette Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Michael Worley, Joanne Goff, Brandan Hicks, Angel Hicks, Holly Mixon, Betsey Plato, Levi Plato, Will Plato, Jared McGhee, Heather McGhee and Kim Davidson. Honorary pallbearers were James Reed, William Wilson, Brownie Brown, Bubba Plato, Charles Hicks, Andy Ward, T.J. Thompson, Freddie McDill, Dwight Sanders and Randal Hastings.
Arrangements were made by Petty Funeral Homes, LLC, Eastside Chapel, Atmore.
