The Wisconsin Sno-bird Club recently gave $1,500 to Baldwin County Human Resources in the form of Christmas Gift Cards for 60 foster children. Shirley Pratt, MSW, Program Supervisor over Child Welfare at Baldwin County DHR, received the cards from Gary Durgin saying they have 150 children in their program this Christmas and really appreciate this way of making the holiday special for these children.
