Members of the National Elementary Honor Society (NEHS) at W.J. Carroll Intermediate School concluded a food drive recently. NEHS recognizes students for academic achievement and personal responsibility while providing service to the community through development of leadership skills. By emphasizing the December school wide character traits of generosity, compassion, and kindness, NEHS members were able to collect food items for donation to Prodisee Pantry, a non-profit community food pantry that has provided assistance to over 39,000 Baldwin County families facing hardship.
