After graduating from the University of South Alabama, Ms. Ames began teaching in Baldwin County where she has taught second and fourth grades as well as art for grades first through fifth. Ms. Ames has been at our school for the past seven years teaching fourth grade. Ms. Ames said that she was truly humbled to receive this honor, especially considering the many wonderful teachers that she works with each day. Ms. Ames is the mother of Zac Ames, a junior at Daphne High School.

It's that time! The SEEDS Classic
Rock 5k & Fun Run will be held on March 3rd. It will
start and finish at Daphne City Hall. The 5K (3.1 mi.) run starts
at 8a.m. and the Fun Run (1mi.) at 9 a.m. So join us for the fun,
live music, food, and the support of your schools here in Daphne.
