DAPHNE, Ala.—W.J. Carroll Intermediate School students are using iPad applications in their music classes these days. Lucy Buffet, owner of Lulu’s in Gulf Shores and a long-time supporter of arts programs in the Baldwin County schools, donated proceeds from her latest book to pay for the tablet PCs.
iPads can store large amounts of music and have a number of applications that demonstrate concepts of music.
