Mr. and Mrs. George Woerner announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly Joan Woerner, to Jeremy Michael Bailey, the son of Mr. and Mrs. John L. Porcher of Mount Pleasant, S.C., and Mr. and Mrs. Joel Luther Bailey III of Big Stone Gap, Va.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Kichler and the late Mr. and Mrs. Edward Woerner.
She is a graduate of Foley High School and Auburn University. She works at Brasfield & Gorrie.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Mrs. Joel L. Bailey and the late Mr. Bailey, Wilhelmenia Porcher and the late Philip Porcher, Gale Knowland and the late Ralph Knowland.
He is a graduate of Brighton High School in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Clemson University. he works at Holder Construction.
The couple will exchange vows at 5 p.m. Oct. 6, 2007 at the home of the bride’s parents in Orange Beach.
